Returns

Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories may not be eligible for a full refund.

Opened accessories or consumable products where hygiene/safety applies

Customized or built-to-order PCs

Software, digital products, or license keys

Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage

Clearance or final-sale items

Products with missing serial numbers or warranty stickers

Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.

After verification, we will arrange for:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Repair
  • Refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Depending on the situation, return shipping charges may be covered by Aygro.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Processing may take 5–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products subject to stock availability.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team before sending the product back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The item is confirmed defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment without additional charges.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may be treated as a return request and shipping charges may apply.
